Recently, after a few negligent actions affecting my unfortunate tenants and some communications with myself also, I moved Agents from a REA in Mornington to yourselves and have been lucky enough to be dealing with Lily Cannella.

I just wanted to send an email complimenting her and your office. She is absolutely wonderful to deal with and in the 6years I have rented this property out I have never had an agent be so organised, efficient and competent. From ensuring everything is followed up, down to little things such as communications, it has been a truly excellent experience and I genuinely don’t worry at all, knowing she will have everything completely under control.

We have had the great fortune of having Lily Cannella from Harcourts as our property manager for the past 2 years. Lily is what I like to call a "Can do person". Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always goes out of her way to make sure that both of our properties are maintained and tenanted to the highest standard. If there are issues to be attended to, she communicates these to us promptly, and suggests an appropriate plan of action as to how to deal with them. I have known Brodie for over 12 months. During this time Brodie has been managing my townhouse and she has done an excellent job. Nicola Mackinnon has been managing our Investment Unit now for 1 year. I transferred from another Real Estate Agent because reports were hit and miss, plus feedback from the tenants was not being passed on.

Since having Nicola manage the property the following has happen:

The tenants vacated and new tenants were signed up within four days, so no down time and minimum loss of income for us. The tenants were well vetted and to date have been ideal.

Reports have been professional and timely.

I have owned my investment property for twelve years.

I first met Nicola in February 2016 when I applied for a rental property she had listed. I needed to find a rental property to live short term due to the misfortune of my home being struck by lightning that resulted in a fire and a significant amount of damage.
I was very impressed with Nicola’s quick response, professionalism, advocacy and regular communication.

I also have an investment property - a small 2-bedroom unit - that had been managed by another agency until a friend moved in.
